Website care plans must be paid in advance and can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. Receive two months free by paying annually.
Purchasing a plan with additional support hours included guarantees that we have time available to make updates and changes to your website. You can use these hours to update anything on your website, add pages, and add new features. We strongly recommend updating your website regularly.
Additional support hours will be billed at our normal hourly rate. Need more support hours each month? You are welcome to upgrade your care plan at any time and we are happy to create a customized plan if needed.
Simply notify us 30 days in advance to cancel your plan. Any amount paid (including pre-paid annual plans) can not be refunded.
